お客様の猫の写真をもとに、墨で一本の線を中心に描く、手描きの肖像画です。

A hand-drawn portrait based on your cat's photo, centered on a single line of sumi ink.

紙のにじみ、筆の跡、色合いの個体差は、手描き作品の特性です。

Ink bleeding into the paper, brush marks and slight variations in color are natural characteristics of hand-drawn work.

サイズ：ポストカード（10×14.8cm）。額なし・額付きから選べます（額付きは、額の外寸が大きくなります）。額付きは、割れを防ぐため国内のみのお届けです。

Size: postcard (10 × 14.8 cm). Choose unframed or framed (a frame makes the outer size larger). Framed pieces ship within Japan only, to keep the glass safe.

価格は、トップページの料金案内に表示した金額です（税込・日本円）。半オーダーは6,800円から、完全オーダーは8,800円からで、猫の匹数と額装の有無で決まります。半オーダーはInstagramの投稿などから、完全オーダーはお預かりしたお写真とご希望をもとに描きます。海外のカードでもお支払いいただけます。換算レートや外貨手数料は、カード会社によって異なります。

Prices are as shown in the price guide on the top page (tax included, in Japanese yen). Semi-orders start at JPY 6,800 and full commissions at JPY 8,800, depending on the number of cats and framing. A semi-order is drawn from your Instagram posts and similar sources; a full commission is drawn from photos you send and your wishes. Cards issued outside Japan are accepted. Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees depend on your card issuer.

送料込み。額なしの作品は、海外へのお届けも送料込みです。額付きの作品は国内のみのお届けです。関税・輸入税等はお客様のご負担です。

Shipping is included. Unframed pieces ship worldwide at no extra cost; framed pieces ship within Japan only. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

お写真（半オーダーはInstagramの投稿）の確認後、30日以内に発送します。

Shipped within 30 days after your photo (or, for a semi-order, your Instagram posts) has been confirmed.

遅れる場合は、事前にご連絡します。

If there is any delay, I will let you know in advance.

制作の開始前：キャンセルできます。全額を返金します。

Before production starts: you may cancel and receive a full refund.

制作の開始後：お客様のご都合によるキャンセルはお受けできません（お客様の猫を描く、一点ものの制作品のため）。

After production starts: cancellations for personal reasons cannot be accepted, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind work drawn of your own cat.

「制作の開始」は、作者から制作開始のご連絡をした時点とします。

“Production starts” means the moment I notify you that work has begun.

お届け後の、お客様のご都合による返品・交換も、同じ理由でお受けできません。破損などの場合は、次の5をご覧ください。

For the same reason, returns or exchanges after delivery for personal reasons cannot be accepted. For damage and similar problems, please see section 5.

到着後7日以内に、写真を添えてメールでご連絡ください。

Please email me with photos within 7 days of arrival (keiji5005@gmail.com).

国内のお客様：描き直して再送するか、返金します。

Customers in Japan: I will redraw and resend the piece, or refund you.

海外のお客様：返金で対応します（作品の返送は不要です）。海外への再送はお届けまでに時間がかかるため、返金でのご対応としています。

Customers outside Japan: I will refund you (there is no need to send the piece back). Because reshipping overseas takes a long time, refunds are offered instead.

作品の著作権は作者（吉澤敬二）に帰属します。お客様は、個人の範囲で自由にお楽しみいただけます（飾る・SNSに載せるなど）。

The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist (Keiji Yoshizawa). You are free to enjoy it for personal use, such as displaying it or sharing it on social media.

作者が作品やお写真を、SNSやポートフォリオに載せるのは、お客様の許可をいただいた場合のみです。

I will post the artwork or your photos on social media or in my portfolio only with your permission.

本条件は日本法を準拠法とします。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の消費者保護法で認められた権利を、制限するものではありません。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, they do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.
